By accessing or using this Website, registering for classes or tournaments, or making payments, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. General Use

The Website provides information, registration facilities, schedules, and online payment options for bridge coaching, workshops, and tournaments.

Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

All content on the Website—including text, graphics, logo, and materials—is the intellectual property of the West Bengal Bridge Association and may not be copied or redistributed without consent.
2. Eligibility

Participation in coaching programs or tournaments may come with age or skill-level requirements.

Users below 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
3. Registration & Participation

Registration must be completed through the Website or other official channels designated by WBBA.

Participation is subject to availability; registrations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Association reserves the right to reject or cancel a registration for misconduct, inaccurate information, or capacity limitations.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods

Payments may be made through the available online payment modes (UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, wallets).

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR).
4.2 Fees

Fees for classes, coaching programs, tournaments, or events are listed on the Website.

Prices may change at any time without prior notice.

Additional taxes or payment gateway charges may apply where required.
4.3 Payment Confirmation

Successful payments will generate a confirmation message via on-screen receipt or email.

Registration is considered confirmed only after successful payment.
4.4 Technical Support Payment Terms

Payment Method
All payments for technical support services must be made through the designated payment modes specified in the invoice. These may include UPI, bank transfer, or any other officially approved method. -
Advance Payment Requirement
A 50% advance payment is required prior to the commencement of any technical support services, including setup, configuration, or tournament-related technical operations. -
Completion Payment
The remaining 50% payment must be made immediately upon successful completion of the tournament or the agreed support period. -
Delayed Payments
Any delay in releasing the final payment may result in:-
Withholding of post-event reports, logs, or data

Suspension of future technical support services

Additional late payment charges, if applicable

Non-Refundable Clause
The advance payment is non-refundable, except in cases where the event is cancelled by the organizer and no technical support work has begun. -
Scope of Support
Technical support includes only the services explicitly mentioned in the agreement or invoice. Additional services requested during the tournament may incur extra charges. -
Invoice & Documentation
An official invoice will be issued for all payments. Payments will be considered valid only after confirmation from the authorized payment channel.
4.5 Refund & Cancellation Policy

Coaching/Training Fees:
Fees paid for classes or training programs are non-refundable, except in exceptional cases at the discretion of WBBA. -
Tournament Entry Fees:
Tournament entry fees are refundable with specific terms and conditions applies for each event separately. Follow the event page for more details on this. -
Events Cancelled or Rescheduled by WBBA:
In case of cancellation or rescheduling:-
A full refund may be issued, or

A credit may be provided for a future class or event.

Failed Transactions / Duplicate Payments:
If payment fails but the amount is deducted, users must report it within 48 hours with proof. Refunds will be initiated after verification by the payment gateway.
5. Code of Conduct
All users must adhere to the spirit of bridge and maintain:

Respect, discipline, and sportsmanship.

No abusive language, cheating, collusion, or disruptive activities.

Compliance with instructions from tournament directors, and administrators.
WBBA reserves the right to deny further participation for any misconduct—without refund.
6. Website Usage Rules

Users must not attempt unauthorized access, misuse services, or introduce harmful software.

The Website may undergo temporary maintenance or upgrades, affecting availability.
7. Privacy

Personal data collected during registration or payment is used solely for administrative and communication purposes.

WBBA does not sell or share personal information with unrelated third parties unless required by law.

Payment information is handled securely by certified payment gateways.

8. Limitation of Liability

WBBA is not responsible for technical failures, internet issues, or payment gateway errors.

WBBA is not liable for any injury, loss, or dispute arising from participation in events, or tournaments.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes will be posted on the Website with an updated date.
